DulcAI for Zoom

DulcAI turns your meetings into clear, actionable minutes. Connected to Zoom, it lists your upcoming meetings, lets you send the DulcAI agent to record them, and retrieves your cloud recordings to transcribe and summarise them automatically.

What the integration does

Shows your upcoming Zoom meetings in the DulcAI dashboard.
Creates Zoom meetings from DulcAI when you schedule a recording.
Fetches your Zoom cloud recordings (with your permission) to transcribe and summarise them.
Nothing is posted in your name on Zoom.

Installation

Sign in to dulcai.com (or the DulcAI iPhone app).
Open Settings → Calendar → Zoom → Connect.
Sign in to Zoom and approve the requested permissions.
You are back in DulcAI: Zoom is shown as connected.

Usage

Upcoming Zoom meetings appear on your dashboard. Choose a meeting and let DulcAI record it, or upload a Zoom cloud recording: the transcript and the minutes (decisions, actions, deadlines) are generated automatically. Audio is transcribed on our own servers in France.

Import a Zoom cloud recording

Record a Zoom meeting to the cloud (paid Zoom plan) and end the meeting.
In DulcAI, open Settings → Calendar → Zoom (connected) → “Zoom cloud recordings” → Load.
Your cloud recordings from the last 30 days are listed: topic, date and time, duration, file type (M4A/MP4) and size.
Click Import next to a recording: DulcAI downloads the audio, creates the meeting and starts the transcription and the minutes.
The button turns into “Imported — view”: open the meeting to follow the transcription, then read the minutes.

Data we access

Your Zoom profile (name, e-mail, user id) to link your Zoom account to your DulcAI account.
Your meetings (list, details, creation).
Your cloud recordings, only when you ask DulcAI to process them.
Access tokens are stored in our database in France and never shared with third parties. See our privacy policy.

Uninstall

In DulcAI: Settings → Calendar → Zoom → Disconnect. Tokens are deleted immediately.
Or in Zoom: marketplace.zoom.us → Manage → Added Apps → DulcAI → Remove. Zoom notifies us and we delete your Zoom tokens and Zoom-related data within 10 days.
